Obituary for DONALD K. KREUTZBERG

DONALD K. KREUTZBERG a lifelong Yonkers resident, passed away on November 11, 2016, at the age of 85. He was born on October 24, 1931 to Ruth and Karl Kreutzberg. On June 14, 1953, he married Elizabeth (Betty) Lucas at St. Nicholas of Myra Church. He graduated from Yonkers High School in 1949 and served in the Marine Corp during the Korean conflict. He was a member of St. John's Church in Getty Square where he was a long time member of the choir. He was a member of the Yonkers YMCA where he played handball for many years. He is survived by his beloved wife Betty and his children Betty Lee and Kenneth of Yonkers, Donna Ferine and her husband Randi of Wappingers Falls and daughter-in-law Valerie Kreutzberg of Fishkill. He was predeceased by his sons Donald and David. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Eric Ferine (Jenelle), Lisa Shutter (Todd), Dana Ferine and Kelsey Kreutzberg as well as his great grandchildren Kaeli, Benjamin, Gavin, Timothy Donald, Jakob and Jonathan. He is also survived by his brother Kenneth (Jane) and sister Karen Flower (Jim) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.



Visitation at Sinatra Memorial Home (601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers NY 10704) on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 3PM to 7PM. Interment is Private.
